Project Overview:
As the Director of Technology and Development, I led the development and deployment of the Assets Mapping & Collaboration Tool, an innovative platform designed to visualize and manage client work by integrating data from our internal systems with external client data, such as SAP. This project was a key initiative that involved overseeing an offshore development team to iterate on the prototype, while our onshore teams continued to focus on existing products. The successful collaboration between global talent and in-house expertise allowed us to create a powerful tool that redefines asset management and visualization for our clients.

Users can export customized asset lists and portfolios in Excel format, tailoring output columns and formatting to meet specific project needs, thereby streamlining report generation and data sharing. - Layer Management
The application supports easy management of GIS layers, whether from publicly available datasets or user-uploaded geo-located spreadsheets and shape files, providing flexibility and enriching the asset data. - Portfolio Management
Users can organize and save filtered results into static and dynamic portfolios, which can be shared with stakeholders as public lists, collaborated on within a team, or kept private for focused analysis and monitoring. - Detailed Portfolio Insights
