Project Overview:
I developed and implemented a comprehensive Employee Skills Program designed to accelerate professional growth across the company. The program focused on critical core skills essential for career development, ensuring that employees were well-equipped to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Program Structure
- Biweekly Training Sessions: Courses were held every two weeks, with each session lasting either 30 minutes or 1 hour. These sessions covered a range of essential skills, with a strong emphasis on office-based competencies such as Excel.
- Leadership Development: To foster growth in communication and presentation abilities, all project managers were required to teach at least one course per year. This initiative not only enhanced their management skills but also improved their client-facing interactions.
- Backend Process Automation: I developed a streamlined backend review process, which included a clear timeline, defined objectives, and automated reminders for key deliverables such as presentation outlines, rough drafts, and final drafts. This ensured consistency and alignment in messaging across all presentations.
Program Management & Expansion
- Training & Delegation: I successfully trained and mentored an administrative assistant to take over the management of the program. By setting clear expectations and providing guidance, I ensured that the assistant could maintain a balanced mix of class types and content aligned with business objectives.
- Onboarding Integration: As the program matured, the courses were repurposed as onboarding materials. A first-week course checklist was created for new hires, and over time, this checklist was refined to meet the specific needs of individual departments.
Achievements
- Accelerated Skill Development: The program provided employees with regular opportunities to enhance their skills, leading to noticeable improvements in productivity and performance.
- Enhanced Managerial Communication: By requiring project managers to teach, the program fostered stronger communication and presentation skills, directly benefiting their management and client interactions.
- Sustainable Program Management: The successful delegation of program management to an administrative assistant ensured the program's continuity and allowed for ongoing refinement and expansion.
- Effective Onboarding: The integration of the training courses into the onboarding process streamlined new employee orientation, providing a tailored and efficient introduction to essential skills.
